Several request to meet with the Marleigh Board of Directors regarding the use of Video Surveillance Cameras to harass residents has not been granted. As a community we have to right to establish how technology will be used. Technology should never interfere with the Peace and Tranquility of our residents. 
4311 Hampton Lane has over 14 cameras aimed at their property from several households on Hampton Lane (4306, 4313, 4309, and 4307) The latest camera was added recently by Stafford and Onenetta Williams. This camera was positioned to capture 4311 Hampton Lane Guest entering and leaving their front door and their upstairs hall window. 4309 Hampton Lane Resident's Video Surveilance system. 4 Video Surveillance Cameras aimed at our (4311 Hampton) backyard. 4309 and 4307 have recently moved some Video Surveillance Units around or replaced them. We will be Updating with the new cameras soon. Also 4309 now has a Black Pick Up Truck.    |
| 4307 Hampton Lane - Video Surveillance | 4307 Hampton Lane Resident's Video Surveillance system. Several Video Surveillance Cameras aimed at our (4311 and 4305 Hampton) property. 4307 RECENTLY repositioned the camera below to a higher position that captures more of our property. It is really ashame that her Video Surveillance system captures the whole back yard of the residents at 4305 Hamtpon Lane. They can't even have family gatherings in their back yard without being recorded. A clear invasion of privacy. The residents at 4305 have live there years before the residents at 4309 and 4307 moved in . Where is the respect. [The pictures will be updated soon]     |
| Parking Harassment - 4306 Hampton Lane |  Also notice all the cracks in the street from the Deliberate slamming down of snow plows by a resident that the HOA authorized.    The Williams at 4306 Hampton Lane, Moves their vehicle from their driveway to the front of our home blocking our mailbox and damaging the front of our car.   |
